When we developed BRIO, we set out to make a ride management dashboard that was intuitive and easy to use from start to finish. That included making getting started with our dashboard as straightforward and effortless as possible.
Setting Up an Account
The easiest way to getting started with BRIO is by filling out our Corporate Inquiry Form. Once this short form is completed, a sales representative will contact you and guide you through your account creation process.
To best assist you in setting up your account, our sales representative will ask you a few detailed questions to collect information regarding budgeting, booking options, and security settings. During this process, you also have the option of creating user profiles. Each profile can be designed as either an administrator or a passenger to differentiate what features each user will be able to access through their account.
After your account creation process is completed, you will have a follow-up meeting with our Onboarding Specialist. They will walk through demos of the mobile app and website with you in order to get you more acquainted with all of the dashboard’s features. The specialist will also provide sales collateral for activating additional employees on the account and they will assist you with the accounting requirements related to your account. You will review forms of payments, such as a global credit card on the account, individual credit cards per passenger/administrator, or invoices, in addition to discussing any possible promotions that may be available to you.
You will also be assigned a dedicated Account Executive/Manager. Your Account Executive/Manager will provide you with ongoing support and will be available to answer any questions you may have regarding booking, reporting, accounting, and more.
Booking a Ride
Once your account has been created, you can start booking rides immediately. Select the passenger for whom you are booking a ride. If the passenger isn’t already listed, select GUEST and choose the total number of passengers.
Enter pick-up and drop-off locations. When entering locations, you may enter the physical address, a landmark, an airport name, or code. Additionally, your saved and recent locations will appear when you select the “Pick-Up Location” or “Drop-Off Location” form fields.
Select your pickup date and time and click Continue.
Once these steps are completed, you will be able to select your vehicle of choice and move to a confirmation page where you can finalize your booking!
Our customer support team is always here to help. While passengers can contact their travel arrangers with inquiries and issues, travel arrangers and travel managers are encouraged to talk to our Account Manager/Executive at any time.
